Welcome to our newest MBSR teacher, Nancy Behney. Recently retired from being a public library administrator, Nancy brings a long history of mindfulness and meditation to her teaching. Her background in massage therapy practice at Mindful Massage for the Lancaster area complements her teaching. She recently completed her teacher training at Jefferson University Hospital, Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness. We look forward to her joining Holly Socolow as an accompanying teacher for our fall 2018 course.
